- Introduction -
This project was completed during my Master's program. It was for a class called 'Innovation Management'. It was a consultancy project with a company called Chemishield. Chemishield has developed a tool which offers benefits to pharmaceutical and chemical companies regarding the disposal of waste substances in accordance with licences, good practices and in an environmentally sustainable fashion. These industries operate across the world and are heavily regulated. Chemishield came to our class and outlined these problems they had identified:
- Devise a pathway suitable for commercialising its value proposition i.e. a route to market
- Profile one or more revenue streams and how pricing might be structured and communicated
- Outline the management and business partnership structures that might be appropriate as the business scales its output, its distribution, and its presence across markets.
- Identify skills and behaviours which will be helpful to the promoters in following your recommended courses of action.
